This Author Agreement (”Agreement” or “User Agreement”) is a contract between you (The Author) and Bornis Media, for your contribution to the Bornis Media. By submitting your content to this site, you agree to the author’s terms and conditions (Agreement). Bornis Media reserves the right in its discretion to change or modify any or all parts of this agreement at any time. If author does not agree, he/she should not submit any content to this site. These terms and conditions are as follows:

Content terms and conditions:

1) By submitting your content, you confirm that you have the full rights to the content and that sending us that material for publication in this site will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third person or party, including but not limited to the rights in copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights which does not belong to you.

2) The author grants the following rights in regard to his/her content to this site:

  • The right to publish and distribute the content in all versions of this site and the right to distribute the content to other sites and all their visitors;
  • The right to include the content in advertising and promotion; and
  • The right to include the content in print and non-print products anywhere in the world.

3) Author represents and warrants that:

  • He/She is the sole owner of the content and has the full power and authority to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights, which are being granted by this agreement;
  • The content if published on this site will not violate any copyright or any proprietary right of common law or otherwise;
  • He/She does not submit any content that is offensive, slanderous, obscene, or in violation of any law;
  • He/She does not submit any content that contains any viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to harm, interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunication equipment;
  • He/She discloses his/her true identity and does not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresents his/her affiliation with any person or entity;
  • He/She does not forge e-mail headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted to this site; and
  • He/She does not publish the content in violation of this agreement. Furthermore agrees to assure and hold this site protected from claims, losses and expenses that are a result of his/her breach of the foregoing representations.

4) Bornis Media is under no commitment to publish submitted Content. If your content has not been accepted, Bornis Media shall not use it.

5) You can write anything you like and it should be related to the branches of this website. But we do not accept any vulgar or sexual content. We always revise the uploaded content and any bad material will be deleted and the related account will be closed permanently. Feel free to write on the topic which is easier for you.

6) You can’t post your content elsewhere, if we find that the content is published elsewhere, you should demand its removal from that place.

7) Bornis Media doesn’t generally let you have your own advert or affiliate link in the content, so you are not able to generate income directly from your material.

8)  After publishing your content in the site you should answer correctly to the comments of blog readers. Also you should manage the comments and remove the spasm in that section.

9) You can’t customize the advert in your content. Bornis Media is free to select the place, the quantity and the style of the advert.

10) Please be advised that you should never click on the advert, if you breach this agreement, Bornis Media shall have the right to retain any revenue  and/or other compensations otherwise payable to you.

Payment terms and conditions:

1) Bornis Media pays its authors a share of advertisement revenue from the “Google Adsense” program. We share Google Adsense revenue fifty-fifty (it may change with notice) with our writers.

2) Payments only will be made to the verified PayPal accounts.

3) If you do not have a Paypal account, you need to open one: Paypal offers a means of receiving payments over the internet, and making payments. Paypal is acceptable to most sellers on ebay, and many online companies. In addition, you can withdraw your Paypal balance to your bank account. To set up your Paypal account, go to Paypal’s website here.

4) Payments will be issued monthly, on the 7th day of each month for the revenue of the previous months. Payments are made automatically and need not to be requested.

5) There is a minimum payout rate of One Hundred US Dollars (USD 100.00) per accounting period for electronic payments. If during an accounting period you haven’t accumulated One Hundred US Dollars (USD 100.00), your compensation will be brought forward into the next accounting period. If you cancel your account prior to accrued earnings in your account totaling One Hundred US Dollars (USD 100.00), that amount will be forfeited by you.

6) If your account is cancelled due to a breach of the terms of this agreement, in addition to its other rights at law or in equity, Bornis Media shall have the right to retain any revenue and/or other compensation otherwise payable to you hereunder as liquidated damages.

7) Bornis Media may modify the payment terms and/or payment schedule at any time and notify you by an announcement.
